109th Canton Fair CHIGO Promoting High End Green Products

On April 15th, 109th Canton Fair solemnly opened at Guangzhou Pazhou Exhibition Hall. CHIGO Group, the top 3 enterprise in AC industry, will attend this Fair with the latest residential AC, commercial AC, refrigeration and home appliance producst.

High End Green Product Outshining the Hall
At the day of fair opening ceremony, reporters found that, the booth of CHIGO designed with green especially attracted people’s attention. The style of life-tree demonstrated CHIGO’s theme of this fair: Low carbon and Environmental Protection.
“In future, the home appliance market will be dominated by healthy, quiet and energy saving products. That’s why the priority is given to high end green product in this Canton Fair.” the representative of CHIGO oversea division told reporters.
As the last fair, CHIGO still mainly make green energy saving product as a subject of this fair. But this time, the high end product line is much more abundant and various. Besides the world’s highest EER of 8.36 DC inverter and EER of 5.0 fixed air-conditioner showed on last fair, this session of the Canton Fair mainly show the products which are the latest and advanced products. In terms of commercial AC, CHIGO mainly pushed VRF inverter DC, ceiling cassettes etc.Inadditional, CHIGO also shows high-end products refrigeration equipment like wine cooler, freezer and vending machine etc.

Attaining a High Degree of Civilization in Both Domestic-board and Sales Volume - profit
At the beginning of 2011, the whole home appliance industry faces the challenge and pressure from RMB appreciation, raw material price-rising etc. As for that issue, the representative of CHIGO oversea division said that: We will try to work with professional financial company to solve the RMB appreciation, so that we could decrease the loss triggered by RMB appreciation. Regards to raw material, we try to cooperate with International Copper Association, GMCC and other famous compressor supplier to sign annual cooperation contract in advance. All in all, we have confidence in controlling the cost to achieve substantial sales growth in overseas markets. ”
The confidence to push high-growth overseas markets this year stems from the outstanding performance of last year. According to the latest annual report showing, in 2010 year, the overall income of CHIGO achieved 9.277 billion Yuan, increasing rate up to 50%. Basic profit increases 41% up to 0.45 billion Yuan. The domestic sale of 2010 year hits 5.118 billion Yuan, growth rate is 38.4%. The volume of oversea sale increases 45.2% up to 3.3189 billion Yuan. The volume of export to Europe and Asia (except China) greatly increase up to 45%, especially the Latin America increasing 60%.
At the same time, according to the statistics released by National Statistics Bureau showing that, the sale of CHIGO ranked top 3 at 2010 year. Before that, CHIGO’s total sales in the overseas market have been topped three stably, which made CHIGO attained a high degree of civilization in both domestic and board.
