Oversea customers (dealers directly cooperating with CHIGO) are all after service centers of CHIGO, shall be responsible for the after service (product installation, customer consultation, repair and maintenance, etc.) of CHIGO air conditioning (including the customer’s brand and the finished products that are produced by using the spare parts purchased from CHIGO), provide customers with the after service according to CHIGO’s requirements, collect and sort up the product quality information and send the feedback information to CHIGO’s After Service Department.
