Born in Foshan, Guangdong, Li is an undergraduate from the Central Party School and a graduate from western economics college of Nankai University. Now Li is the chairman and CEO of CHIGO group, the president and CEO of Guangdong CHIGO Air Conditioning Co.,Ltd, etc.

Experiences and Awards:
At the beginning of the 1980’s, Li devoted himself into business operation, starting up business in various industries.
In 1994, Li set up Guangdong CHIGO Air Conditioning Co,.Ltd. He took ”Making the best air conditioner in the world and make life better” as his career mission, and targeted at “to make ‘made-in-China’ a symbol of high quality in the world”. CHIGO was listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2009, and now has developed into a home appliances enterprise with annual production value of nearly 20 billion.
Apart from home appliances industries, Li also engages in many competitive and potential industies, like high-end architecture decoration industry, high-tech industry, financial service industry, media industry, real estate industry etc.
With years experiences on management operation, Li has formed a series of new management philosophy, such as the ‘championship spirt’, ‘the five fixed Concepts (timing, locationing, ration, determination of cause, determination of character)’, ‘enlighten the politics and make sure about the democracy’, ‘the philosophy of division&combination&stage’, ‘every department takes responsibility for his own and every one counts, bulit up an overall data management system’, ‘50% for operating the enterprise, 50% for building up a platform for cultivating personel with CEO thinking and ability’,
, , etc. His philosophies had been qouted many times as examples for enterprise management and also some institutions of higher learning. The former CEO of Mitsubishi had titled him that “making air conditioner to keep up with CHIGO”. Li had been invited to give
speeches in Nankai University, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Sun Yet-sen University etc. His management philosophies, and also had been to the Stanford University for further education and communication.
Li has been dedicated to various social charity activities. Up to now, CHIGO has donated more than 100 million RMB to charity careers through one way or another.
He had accompanied the natioanal leaders like Xi Jinping, Hu Jintao, Wu Bangguo, Wen Jiabao, He Guoqiang etc. visiting places, and has been awarded multiple recognition and honors: Model of National Light Labour, Model Worker of Guangdong Province, Excellent Entrepreneur in Guangdong Province Etc.
